The impact of stress on social activities and physical and mental health is increasingly significant, particularly in the current COVID-19 pandemic. Various health devices and health management systems that can be used in daily life are being developed.
In stress assessment, evaluation and self-care in daily life are crucial, not just evaluations conducted within hospital or laboratory. This study applies measurement and analysis techniques using mobile devices and wearable devices to establish methods for stress assessment in daily life and examines the relationship between physiological and psychological evaluations in daily life and stress-related disorders and overall health.
